Mint and coriander chutney

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped mint leaves
1 cup chopped coriander
1 large onion, sliced
2-4 cloves of garlic
juice of 1 to 2 lemons
4 to 6 green chillies
1 inch ginger (chopped)
1 tsp coriander cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masalaa
pinch of amchur
salt to tast

Procedure
1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer using very little water to make a thick paste.
2.Refrigerate and use as required.
